Our execution process is simple: meetings with stakeholders, clear communication, measurable goals, and established milestones. We believe in agile management such that we course correct as required for our client’s benefit. Sub-consultants may be an integral part of a project’s success. If that’s the case, Rarity will oversee that work and take the burden off of the client.
Upon project completion, Rarity evaluates the project accomplishments and supports the transition to client management and/or continuing work on previously identified priorities.
